Leadership Development Programs (LDP)
Our comprehensive Leadership Development Programs are designed to alight people and teams with organizational goals. Initial evaluations of people and teams via Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) and Fundamental Interpersonal Relations OrientationTM (FIRO-B®) assessments are thorough and comprehensive. Results are then analyzed and used to design and implement developmental programs adapted to the specific needs of our clients. As a part of our comprehensive approach, personal coaching may be used as a support for individual growth within the larger organization.
Facilitates the alignment of individual, team, and organizational objectives by clarifying goals, roles, and responsibilities of the team and its members via the comprehensive evaluation of specific jobs and tasks within the team process.
Networking & competitiveness programs
